Digitalization of the energy sector: genesis, content, components, evaluation methodology

Currently, in the context of transition to development new sources renewable energy, issues digitalization energy sector are becoming increasingly relevant. Digitalization captures all areas activity and involves integration transformation system, which makes it possible obtain socio-economic effects. Five groups indicators have been identified (human capital, reliability quality power supply, availability electricity, environmental sustainability, political infrastructural readiness country for digitalization), provide an objective assessment indices a particular country. Approbation procedures results obtained was carried out by method factor analysis using limited contributing functions.
